Sahara Gardens Bomet is a boutique hotel with 9 executive rooms and set in a very beautiful garden 8 kilometers away from Bomet town on the Bomet – Kericho highway. It is built in a quiet and serene rural environment offering an excellent place to host seminars, meetings, events and wedding ceremonies. All the rooms are executive rooms with a lot of space and appointed furniture to go with it. There is WiFi connectivity in the hotel, Flat screen TVs in all rooms with local cable channels connected. Breakfast is served inside the main restaurant which is also an all day dining that serves local delicacies and cuisine from the orient. We have a small bar that is loved by the people of Bomet County and is always buzzing on weekends. We are located near the world famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Part of Bomet County is within the expansive Mau forest which is home to different tree species, wildlife and birds which can easily be exploited for tourism. There are also caves and waterfalls in Konoin, Bomet central, Bomet East and Chepalungu Sub-Counties along major rivers of Itare, Nyongores, Amalo and Chepkulo rivers. Transmara forest, a section of Mau forest complex is within Bomet County and is home to rare animal species like Bongo, Giant forest hogs, Cooper tailed monkeys, Black and White Columbus monkeys, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalos and abundant bird life. It is the only National reserve in the county.
