How it works:
You visit our website www.saspacity.com or download our app on Playstore, Saspacity, browse through the different services we offer from different service providers in Nairobi then book the service you want. Once you book, the salon confirms the appointment then you make the necessary payments for the service through MPESA. The payment is made before the appointment or the appointment gets cancelled.
Please note the payments made are only given to the salon after the service is done and you are completely satisfied with the work done by the salon, in case of any valid issues, you will be refunded.
Your appointment is now set and ready! You can now go to the salon to get the service done. Once the service is done, please make sure to rate the service provider, so we can serve you better.
