Education takes place when you take patience, challenge your students and strive for their success. I motivate my students by making the class fun and engaging and also establishing clear expectations of them. Patience I must say is truly important in molding the literacy skills of our learners. It is my role to guide and encourage him/her that it is okay to make mistakes as long as you strive to make yourself better in the future.
